Journaling Prompts for Processing the Pandemic: Work/Life

Tonight we’ll be meeting online to journal and share some of our experiences around our work lives and the pandemic. What changed for us? What changes might have been positive? What changes might have been stressful?

For those of you that would like to get a head start, or won’t be able to join us tonight, we’re making the journal prompts available here too. Our suggestion is to spend a minute or two thinking and writing about each one. Just write whatever flows and don’t think about it too much. Feel free to skip questions that don’t resonate with you.

This is part of our series, The Pandemic Was/Is Weird, which is a set of group journaling sessions to explore our pandemic feelings together. We’re hosting additional journaling and discussion sessions like this over the next couple weeks too. We’ll be exploring themes like Mind/Body, Love & Relationships, and Social Justice.

If you’d like to join us online, we’re going live at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 13. Here is the Zoom link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81380216510

If you feel so inclined, we’d love to hear any thoughts or insights that emerged from going through these prompts for yourself. You can leave them in the comments, or—better yet—post them as a video or post to your own feed and tag us in it.

We hope to offer many more journaling and discussions sessions like this in the future, but we need your help.

One way to help would be to share this with three friends who you think would appreciate what we’re up to.

Another way would be to support us on Patreon. You can pledge any dollar amount you’d like and it all goes towards building and expanding our programming. Here is the link:
