What to Expect from the New Narrative Collaborative: Meeting 2

The next meeting of The New Narrative collaborative team is tomorrow night, Thursday, October 1, at 7 p.m. via Zoom. I’ll try to keep its to a tight 90 minutes but it might go a little bit over.

We’re going to start off the meeting talking through some of our own personal goals and aspirations regardless of what they might have to do with the New Narrative. Part of my hope for this collaboration is to build it out as a community for mutual growth and support in all aspects of our life, not just those that coincide with what we’re doing for the New Narrative.

Next, we’ll spend some time reviewing the responses to the questionnaire I sent out last week and some of the fundamental principles and values of the program. Based on the questionnaire responses we got, I’m actually feeling like most people in this group have a pretty good understanding of what the New Narrative is all about to where I think we can also get started on some of the initial goals and projects. That discussion will be the rest of the meeting.

Below are a couple of last points of prep. Number 1 is new, but most of you have probably already addressed 2 & 3.

1) If possible, please review the two links below before the meeting. We’re going to spend some time talking about them both so it’d be helpful to have looked at them before. It should only take about ~5 minutes to read them both.

2) If you haven’t already, please try to fill out the questionnaire that was sent out after last meeting too. Most of you already have. It could also be helpful to review some of the other responses too.
