Real Change Starts With Us

Real change starts with us but it’s amplified in community.

The work we do focuses on connecting with ourselves and others, to form the relationships that bring true meaning and fulfillment into our lives. We work to rewrite the stories that have kept us small and in opposition to others, and replace them with “new narratives” that connect us with ourselves, each other, and the wider world around us.

Many of the world's ills stem from the insecurities of those of us at the top of the power and privilege pyramid. The world's resources are mined for our demand. The world’s hierarchies are sustained for the purpose of centralizing power in a select few. We’ve been raised in a society of scarcity always feeling like there is never enough love, money, connection, time...

We each have the power to change this for ourselves. It requires the commitment to work on our own growth and healing. Through this work we can begin to heal from the scarcity and anxiety-inducing tension that’s created from living in a world that tells us we’re not enough, or that we don’t have enough.

We do this work in a “community of practice,” so we can support and engage each other in our own growth, but also find connection and fellowship on our journeys too.

By working on our growth and healing we hope to create a positive social movement that radiates out from us and creates a community that is courageous, resilient, empowered, and able to change the world.
