CANCELLED: Storycrafting: Courage

Storycrafting is for anybody who would like to learn more about storytelling, both as a communication tool and as a way to better understand ourselves and the world around us. Storytelling is a skill that improves with practice and a deepening mindset towards how storytelling influences our perceptions. With a stronger understanding of storytelling, you’ll also develop skills for better leadership, persuasion, and authentic relating.

Sessions are socially-oriented learning experiences that ask participants to craft and share stories with one another, both to gain more experience as a storyteller and develop more confidence in the stories we all have to share. These sessions are designed to be engaging, participatory, and will hopefully lead to meaningful social experiences.

Infused in all of it will be a deeper exploration of courage and vulnerability. By sharing more of ourselves and the stories that influence us, we hope everybody will come to understand themselves better, “own their story,” and walk with more courage and confidence in the world.

If this sounds like something you’d benefit from, we’d love to have you join us.

This week we'll be talking about Courage. What does it take to stand up to what scares us? Where is our courage needed the most? What stories do we have to give us courage when we need it the most?
